About Pune Community:
Pune Community Chapter was launched with much enthusiasm and fanfare on 29th July 2016, initiated by volunteers from renowned IT companies. The mission was simple, it was fired by the zeal to build a dynamic community for professional STEM women in the City of Peshwas and create a platform where they could network and build a thriving ecosystem.

Puja Issar
Managing Director, AnitaB.org India
Puja Issar comes with over two decades of professional corporate experience across the UK, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Prior to AnitaB.org, she held key leadership positions at several leading firms such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays Wealth Management, CARE International, Save the Children and many more.
Puja leads efforts, initiatives, and programmes to strengthen the community of women in technology in India in her role as Managing Director. Over the next three years, Puja hopes to grow the organisation’s presence across the country, create forums to discuss and debate the importance of increasing the number of women in the technology sector, and create a community that serves as a support system for women in science and technology.

Sushma is a Communication expert, DEI evangelist, Mentor and Motivational speaker bringing with her 25+ years of experience in the industry. She is an accomplished women leader with a passion for providing strategic communication leadership to drive employee performance and business result.
She comes with an enriched experience of working in organizations spanning the IT and Manufacturing verticals. Her passion and focus lie in helping companies build a winning organization culture and enabling women in leadership.
