Innovation As A Culture

AnitaB.org India Hyderabad Community invites you for an upcoming in-person event “Innovation As A Culture ” on 15th June 2023 at Micron Technology, Hyderabad, from 1:30pm to 5:00pm (IST).
Innovation is the process of developing and introducing new ideas, products, services, processes, or business models that provide value to customers and contribute to the growth and sustainability of a business. One way of driving growth and staying competitive in the industry is by driving a culture of innovation. An innovative culture encourages employees to experiment, which helps differentiate themselves from competitors and make a mark in the marketplace. Reluctance to innovate can crush your business and also demotivate your employees. Some historical examples – Nokia, Blackberry etc. Companies which have successfully had strong Innovation engine as a culture have been able to stay relevant and competitive in this world, example Amazon Prime, Apple and right in our vicinity – the Jaipur foot and Mitti Cool standout in the midst of many others.
In this session we will hear from our Keynote speaker Kaveri Jain and other innovators from Blueyonder and IBM on their personal journey on the path of innovation.
