Bouncing back with Resilience
On Thursday, May 12 from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. IST (Indian Standard Time) we are hosting the sixth part of “Coffee with Coaches – Mental Wellness.”In the previous session, we explored what it means to Reboot for well-being. We experienced how music, art, and movement can strengthen the mind-body-emotion triad.
Navigating the VUCA (Volatile Uncertain Complex Ambiguous) world can be daunting at times. How we can adapt, manage and thrive in these circumstances is what Resilience is all about.
In this session, we will delve deeper into the emotion and mind duo to build resilience and take care of our mental health. This interactive session will unravel some aspects of resilience as we sip our favorite beverage and put together our bespoke resilience toolkit.
The session will cover:
- A quick recap of what we did last time.
- How does the mind-body-emotion aspect tie in with Resilience and therefore with mental wellness.
- Some tips and tools on how to build a Resilience toolkit.
- Couple of activities to create engagement and interaction over chat and possibly polls.
We welcome all participants to attend this session with your families and friends.
