Coffee with Coaches – Mental Wellness Part 4

On Thursday, March 10 from 7 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. IST (Indian Standard Time) we are hosting the fourth part of “Coffee with Coaches – Mental Wellness.” How many of us can relate to seeing the world and situations through the eyes of a victim? How many times do we get caught up in playing that role, having that feeling of helplessness, and not sure how to come out of it? How does it impact the way we see ourselves and inhibit our own growth? How do we ensure we do not attract the same situations again so that we are not victims? One of the most pertinent aspects of human beings is to blame other for the situations and to never find ways to overcome this. But, are we truly acknowledging the way “playing the victim” stumps our growth and our wellness. Let’s find out more about this aspect in the next session of Coffee with Coaches- Mental wellness – Part 4, with Coaches Sangeetha Balachandar and Kiran Kumar.
