On Thursday, November 3rd, 2022, from 3:30pm to 5:00 pm (IST) we are hosting the seventh part of “Coffee with Coaches – Mental Wellness” In the upcoming series of “Coffee with Coaches” we will be discussing awareness and the clarity of situations around us that matter. This session is going to be interactive vs prescriptive. Building a conscious leadership of belonging and psychological safety. Two sessions on unpacking our inner beliefs and thinking that may be holding back from moving forward. By using systemic and cognitive science approaches, these sessions will focus on engaging with every participant to explore opportunities and possibilities towards one’s goals in life, with a focus on mindfulness.
