Aruna Jayanthi
Chief Executive Officer, Capgemini India

Aruna Jayanthi is the Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini India, one of the biggest business units of Capgemini group. Aruna is responsible for operations across all the business units – Consulting, Technology and Outsourcing services in India with a focus to increase the integration and performance of over 40,000 growing employee base.Prior to assuming the role of a CEO in January 2011, Aruna was the Global Delivery Officer for Capgemini Outsourcing, where she improved quality, productivity and profitability of Capgemini’s outsourcing operations worldwide.

Aruna joined Capgemini in early 2000 and was part of the core team that initiated and setup Capgemini’s offshore capabilities. In 2002 she focused exclusively on Outsourcing and started operations in India, with Applications Management and later on expanding to Remote Infrastructure Management in 2003. She also initiated the BPO services in India and was actively involved in growing the business organically and via acquisitions. In 2007, she moved to a global role as head of delivery for Outsourcing.

Aruna has over 2 decades experience in the IT services industry and has worked in both multinationals and pure-play companies. She has worked out of Europe and North America and continues to travel extensively meeting customers, analysts and Capgemini staff, getting a pulse of customer expectations and market direction.

Aruna has been elected as an Executive Council member of NASSCOM and she plans to work towards strengthening India as a global talent pool for the IT-BPM segment by creating programmes that bridge the industry-academia gap.

Within a short period of being appointed CEO, Aruna has quickly made her mark in the world of Indian business. She has been ranked 3rd in Fortune India’s list of 50 Most Powerful Women in Business 2012 and has also featured prominently in Business Today’s list of Most Powerful Women 2012 for two consecutive years. Recently, Aruna was awarded with India Today Woman in the Corporate World at the India Today Women Summit 2013.

Aruna has done her Masters in Management Studies in Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

Anjali Arora
VP, Solutions Development, AllScripts

Anjali leads the worldwide Administrative and Financial Solutions Englineeing organization of over 700 employees and contractors at Allscripts, that builds all front and back office solutions at Allscripts for the acute and ambulatory markets. She has 19 years of development management experience at leading technology companies.Since joining Allscripts, she has focused on creating a world-class development organization to deliver both key product requirements and innovation. Anjali has instilled a mature, collaborative software development methodology to improve quality and accelerate product delivery. She has also increased global engagement, interaction and feedback opportunities in critical areas such as global team productivity and collaboration.Anjali has extensive experience in building enterprise class software solutions, defining and executing on product direction and managing distributed development teams. Her 19 years of experience include working at companies like CA Technologies, Digital Equipment Corporation, and EMC2. Anjali was named a 40 under 40 honoree by Boston Business Journal in 2009.

Anjali has been associated with AnitaB.org for past several years and has been on a panelist at GHC India 2010 and 2011. She is committed to initiaitves that promote women in technology and to that extent she was instrumental in founding “AWAKE”, Allscrtips Women Aspiring to Kindle Excellence, initiave at Allscripts. AWAKE’s vision is to empower women employee to be the architects of change in the technology division of AllScripts. AWAKE’s mission is to advance women in technology from the cubicle to the boardroom by providing advocacy, leadership development, networking, mentoring and technology education.

Anjali has a strong technical foundation that includes Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from one of the most prestigious colleges in India, St. Stephen’s College and a Masters in Computer Applications from University of Delhi.

Anjali is very active in the community and serves as the Cultural Chair on the executive board of a non-profit, India Society of Worcester (ISW). ISW is primarily a cultural, social, educational and charitable organization whose objective is retaining, facilitating, and fostering the cultural heritage of India in the Massachusetts state.

Neelam Dhawan
Managing Director, HP India

Neelam Dhawan is the Managing Director of Hewlett-Packard India. She has countrywide responsibility for revenues and profitability and ensuring the greatest leverage from HP’s Services, Personal Systems and Imaging & Printing businesses.With a portfolio that extends to offshore activities, BPO, Software Engineering, Research and IT Services, Neelam is focused on shaping the company’s overall business agenda and leading its strategy and corporate development efforts to make HP the most admired company in India.Previously, Neelam was the Managing Director of Microsoft India, a position she held from 2005 to 2008. During her tenure, she sharpened Microsoft’s strategic focus and improved its operating efficiency and execution, as well as its financial performance and customer focus.

Prior to this assignment, Neelam held a variety of successful leadership positions in leading Indian IT companies, including HCL and IBM. Neelam holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, New Delhi, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.


Nora Denzel
Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Big Data Intuit (Retired)

Nora Denzel serves on the board of Ericsson the $34B (USD) global technology company that provides telecommunications networks, television and video systems. Previously, she was the SVP of Marketing & Big Data at Intuit and held other executive posts at HP and IBM. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a Masters of Business Administration degree. She has been named as one of the 10 leading women in technology (2012) by CIO Magazine, and one of the top 25 women engineers (2012) by Business Insider.

Nora has over twenty-five years of experience in high technology all in the Silicon Valley where she began as a software engineer and progressed to be a technical executive running divisions at IBM, HP and Intuit.

She recently started a non-profit service called ‘Mentor Walks’ where she shares career advice while walking the trails of Silicon Valley (www.noradenzel.com).

Denzel earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science from the State university of New York and a Masters of Business Administration from Santa Clara University. She has been named one of the most powerful people in computer networking by Computer Networking Magazine, one of the top 20 storage movers and shakers by Computer Storage Magazine, one of the most powerful woman engineers by Business Insider, and a Woman of Influence by the San Jose Business Journal.

Ms. Kumud M. Srinivasan
Vice President, Technology and Manufacturing Group, President, Intel India

Kumud Srinivasan is Vice President, Technology and Manufacturing Group and President, Intel India. In this capacity, she is responsible for general management of Intel’s operations in India, which includes location’s overall strategy, business-enabling operations, organizational development, engineering and innovation for market development, as well as managing relationships with government, industry and academia.Previously, Kumud was vice president and general manager of IT for Silicon, Software and Services where she led the delivery of IT solutions and services for Intel’s hardware and software engineers. Kumud joined Intel in 1987 and has held several business and information systems positions within Intel’s manufacturing and IT organizations.Srinivasan is a member of the Board of Advisors of the School of Information Studies in Syracuse University. She is a member of the Governing Body of the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore. She serves on the India Council of AnitaB.org.

Srinivasan received her bachelor’s degree in economics from Calcutta University in 1981 and her master’s degree in information and library studies from Syracuse University in 1984. In addition, she has completed doctoral coursework in information science at University of California, Berkeley.
