Become A Community Member
| Role | Purpose | Time Commitment |
| City Chapter Leaders | Build up a community and work in tandem with India team and the current volunteers to organize events. This role could include: o Connecting with people around the world through networkingo Collaborating with India team to host cross-city events o Collaborating with community members/volunteers to craft specific opportunities for the city chapter o Collaborating with other chapter leaders and leaders in other communities o Act as facilitator(s) for the Chapter’s mission o Work with the Chapter to ensure that relevant strategic plans are developed in order to achieve the goals of the Chapter o Be a positive “face” and ambassador for the Chapter at on and offline functions o Work closely with AnitaB.org India team for all the activities concerned communities, sponsors and events etc o Work with the Managing Director-India on the approval and on-boarding of any new… o Chairs o Chapter Members o Sub-Chapters o Fulfilling other roles and responsibilities arise based on the requirements of the chapter/ community/projects /events etc or assigned by AnitaB.org India

| Vice Chair/ Co- Lead (Incoming Chair)
| · Performs Chair responsibilities when the Chair cannot be available · Works with the Chair and other members to ensure communication and transparency within the Chapter · Promotes the mission of the Chapter and represents it in external forums, both on and offline · Assist the Chapter Leads with organizing Chapter work · Participate in panels, conferences and events discussing the mission and its execution when required ( mentioned in City Chapter Lead) · Participates in assisting with thought-leadership and support of relevant AnitaB.org India events and resources where there is a need for expertise and ambassadorship per the Chapter’s mission · Maintains Chapter records and necessary update · Fulfilling other roles and responsibilities arise based on the requirements of the chapter/ community/projects /events etc or assigned by Chapter Lead/ AnitaB.org India
| 3-4 hrs in a week/ or 12 hrs./ month

| Community Core Committee Members/Chapter Members
| Work with the chapter leads to curate various events and activities in helping the community grow and benefit. This may include:
o Collaborating with community members/volunteers to craft specific opportunities for the city chapter o Broadcast events on social network o Ideate and assist chapter leads in carrying out new initiatives for the community o Identifying speakers and presenters based on the planned events o Working with volunteers to spread awareness in building the community o Work as a mentor for various groups as and when required during events o Performs other responsibilities as assigned by the Chapter Lead/Chair/ AnitaB.org India Team
| 4-5 hours a week

| Community Volunteers
| Be a part of projects and initiatives to grow the community. Expectation includes:
o Reaching out to specific groups to promote events o Broadcasting events within the network o Be a mentor and a champion to spread awareness on various areas of expertise o Performs other responsibilities as assigned by the Chapter Lead/Chair/ community core member/AnitaB.org India Team
| 2-4 hrs./week or 8-16 hrs./ month (Depending on the project)

| Scholarship Reviewer (GHCI and other India related events)
| Read student applications for free complimentary tickets to GHCI and other India related events where applicable. Also ensure students at all levels get to experience and connect with thought leaders and industry champions at AnitaB.org India events. This could include:
o Reading 10 applications and giving feedback o Two meetings with Scholarship Coordinator o Any other support as and when it arises for the requirement of the event.

| Project Volunteer (Note: You want to use your skillset to craft a specific volunteer opportunity) | A catch all for individuals that are passionate about a specific cause and know how they want to lend their talent, skills, or expertise to support it Volunteering could include:
o Creating a small project plan to go over purpose, objectives, and tasks to be undertaken o Collaborating on the wherewithal to determine the success of the project o Any other support as and when it arises for the requirement of the project and its outcome achievemnt.
